ORO Solutions Pte Ltd is a known and trusted third-party redemption agency in Singapore, working with major telecommunications companies, retail brands, and other corporate partners to manage premium giveaways and redemptions.

We will never ask for your bank credentials or Singpass login access during your redemption.

Even with a fully booked appointment schedule, we strive to see all our customers. If you are unable to book a slot, please feel free to visit us as a walk-in. While there may be a waiting time, we appreciate your patience and will work hard to serve you as quickly as possible.

For Your Collection, Please Bring:

  • Your electronic direct mailer (eDM).

  • The account holder’s NRIC.

At the ORO Redemption Centre, our average waiting time is under 5 minutes. Please note that during the busy festive season, waiting times may be slightly longer, with a historical maximum wait of 20 minutes. We are actively working to minimize all delays and attend to you as quickly as possible.

To ensure a smooth collection process, please bring the following two mandatory items:

  • The electronic direct mailer (eDM).

  • The account holder’s original IC (or equivalent Photo ID).

If you are authorizing a representative to collect on your behalf, you must first complete the authorization form.

The authorized personnel must bring:

  1. The authorization form signed by the account holder.

  2. The electronic direct mailer (eDM).

  3. The authorized personnel’s original IC (or equivalent Photo ID)

To cancel your delivery appointment, please contact us promptly at (+65) 8782 9380 during our operational hours.

Please note: Once the premium item has been transferred to our logistics partner, we regret that cancellation is no longer possible.

Please note that the specific delivery window for your appointment is determined by the campaign organizer’s delivery option.

If the terms of service for your booking state ‘Unscheduled and Contactless,’ please be advised that this means no signature or specific arrival time will be provided within that delivery window.

As a new MyRepublic customer, please note that your redemption details will be delivered via email approximately 10 weeks after the date of your sign-up. If you have not received this email by the 10-week mark, please contact us immediately for assistance at customerservice@oro.com.sg

Congratulations on signing up for your renewal plan!

Thank you for your continued loyalty! For our longstanding MyRepublic customers, your redemption details will be emailed to you 1-2 weeks after your first bill is successfully paid. If you still haven’t received the email after the 10-week deadline, please reach out to us at customerservice@oro.com.sg.

To change your MyRepublic broadband plan, you should use the MyAccount portal or the MyRepublic App. For details on redeeming premium item associated with your plan, you will receive a dedicated redemption email sent after your first bill is paid.

Proof of Purchase/Redemption

You will receive a redemption acknowledgement email upon collecting your device. The acknowledgement email will serve as your proof of purchase for the warranty claim.

Warranty Provider

The warranty for the premium item is almost always provided by the original manufacturer of the product (e.g., Samsung, Apple, Dyson, etc.), or, it’s authorized service centre.
Since we cannot provide real-time local business hours or addresses, I recommend searching for “(e.g. Nintendo Switch) Official Service Centre in Singapore” to get the latest location and operating procedure from the official source.
