Requires a pre-generated Air Waybill (AWB). Walk-ins without templates can get AWBs printed by our counter staff.

Need Packing Materials or Label Printing? If you do not have tape, padding, boxes, or printed copies of your return documents, our service desk can provide fulfillment materials and label processing on the spot for a nominal operational fee.
