1. This Promotion is conducted by Aster Mobility Solutions 1 Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) and is open to all registered members of the Esso Smiles Driver Rewards programme (“Smiles”) including Esso Smiles Classic, Private Hire, Taxi, Bus, foodpanda, Grabfood and Last Mile cardmembers, except Esso Fleet cardholders. (“Eligible Smiles Members”). Individuals with unregistered Esso Smiles cards will not qualify for the Promotion.

2. Eligible Smiles Members must register via the Esso App from 2 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”) by redeeming one (1) refundable Esso Smiles point for the Esso Smiles All Around Lucky Draw coupon, which will be credited back in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Eligible Participant(s)”). This will be hosted under “Rewards” and can be viewed under “Esso Offers”. The one (1) Esso Smiles point used to redeem will be refunded and credited to the Eligible Participant’s account approximately seven (7) days after the end of the next draw period.

3. Esso Smiles Private Hire Driver Rewards programme members (“PDVL Cardmembers”) wil be automatically enrolled in this Promotion. To opt out of this promotion, PDVL Cardmembers may contact the Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888, Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded), between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

4. By registering, Eligible Participants expressly agree to be bound by and subject to these Terms and Conditions and also give consent under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by/to the Company and their agent(s) or vendor(s) and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion and for no publicity, marketing and advertising purposes. Further details are set out at paragraph 20 below.

5. To participate in the Promotion after registration on the Esso App, Eligible Participants will have to spend a minimum of $70 gross on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel/Supreme+ in a single receipt and swipe a valid Esso Smiles card or scan their Esso Smiles digital card at the point of purchase or use a valid Esso Smiles-linked credit card* for payment during the Promotion Period.

6. The Promotion is valid for the duration of the Promotion Period (i.e. from 2 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive). The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, revise the Promotion Period at any point in time.

7. There are 3 draws during this Promotion Period:

During the Promotion Period, every $70 gross spend in a single receipt with a valid Esso Smiles card (Physical or Digital) or a Smiles linked credit card* on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel/Supreme™ at any Esso service station in Singapore after registration (“Qualifying Spend”) will entitle the Eligible Participants to the following lucky draw chances (“Lucky Draw Chance(s)”):

• a. 1 (one) Lucky Draw Chance for every $70 gross spend on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel
• b. 3 (three) Lucky Draw Chances for every $70 gross spend on Esso Synergy Supreme+™
• c. Double the number of chances when payment is made with DBS cards

Examples:
• 1x receipt gross spend of $70 on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel = 1x Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $140 on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel = 2x Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $70 on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel with DBS cards = 2x Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $140 on Esso Synergy™ Extra/Regular/R20/Diesel with DBS cards = 4x Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $70 on Esso Synergy Supreme+™ = 3 Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $70 on Esso Synergy Supreme+™ with DBS cards = 6 Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $140 on Esso Synergy Supreme+™ = 6 Lucky Draw Chance
• 1x receipt gross spend of $140 on Esso Synergy Supreme+™ with DBS cards = 12 Lucky Draw Chance

*A “Smiles-linked credit card” refers to a credit card which is linked to an Esso Smiles Driver Rewards account.

9. Lucky Draw Chances accumulated are non-transferable and cannot be combined with the Lucky Draw Chances accumulated by any other Eligible Participants.

10. Lucky Draw Chances can be accumulated across the draws during the Promotion Period for each Eligible Participant.

11. There will be a total of 546 winners (81 winners for Draw 1, 182 winners for Draw 2 and 283 winners for Draw 3) for the electronic lucky draw (“Winner(s)”). There is no limit to the number of entries, but each Eligible Participant can only win once in this Promotion. The Winners will be drawn at random to receive the various prizes as below:

12. If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Prize cannot be provided to the Winners for any reason or is otherwise not available, the Company reserves the right to replace and/or substitute the Prizes with any other item of its choosing. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash or other substitution will be offered.

13. Unless the Company notifies otherwise, the electronic lucky draw for the Promotion will be conducted in the presence of an external scrutineer on 10 April 2026 at 2pm for Draw 1, 12 May 2026 at 11am for Draw 2 and 10 June 2026, 11am for Draw 3 (or on such other dates and time as the Company may determine at its sole and absolute discretion) at 1 HarbourFront Place, HarbourFront Tower One, Singapore 098633 or at such other venue.

14. Winners will be notified by the Company and/or its appointed contractors within 7 working days after the draw date over email at their registered email address and/or contacted via phone (provided that a valid phone number is given and captured in the Esso App) regarding the Prize collection details. In the event that the Company and/or its appointed contractors is/are unable to contact any Winner for any reason through the first phone call made, the Company and/or its appointed contractors will make one (1) further attempt to contact the Winner during office hours (9.00am – 6.00pm) within the next two days from the first call. If the Winner is still uncontactable through phone, the Company and/or its appointed contractors will send the notification through the Winner’s registered email address. In the event that all such attempts are unsuccessful and there is no email response by 28 May 2026 for Draw 1, 30 June 2026 for Draw 2 and 28 July 2026 for Draw 3, the Company reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve Winner drawn.

15. The results of the Promotion including Winners’ names and the last 4 digits of their mobile numbers will be published on essosmiles.com.sg within 7 days after the determination of the results (e.g. where draw date is on 10 April 2026, the results will be published by 17 April 2026).

16. Winners must produce his/her email, phone number and Esso Smiles card/Esso Smiles-linked credit card where applicable for verification purposes before the Prize is issued.

17. In accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be photographed and allows the Company to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Winner elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow the Company to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, the Company reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve Winner drawn or deal with it in any manner deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion.

18. All Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other denominations or other goods/services, and are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use.

19. The Company reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the Prizes with any other item of its choosing.

20. Winners for the promotion will be contacted by the redemption center via email on the redemption details and to book an appointment to collect the prize. In the event the prize is not redeemed within the indicated period of the redemption period or if the Winner is uncontactable, the Company will have sole discretion to disqualify and void the Winner and to award the prize to the back-up winner instead.

21. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Participants is/are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Eligible Participants consents and/or is deemed to have given consent to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data as set out in the clauses below (or otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions), or as may be set out in any subsequent revised versions of the same:

• a. The Company may collect, process, use or disclose the Eligible Participants’ personal data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPA (including all subsidiary legislation made thereunder), these Terms and Conditions, or where otherwise required by law.
• b. The Eligible Participants also agree that the Company may use the personal data to provide the Eligible Participants with marketing materials relating to fuels-related promotions or any services available at any or all of the Esso Stations, its loyalty programmes, discount card programmes, bank card programmes, private label card programmes, fleet card programmes and other petroleumrelated programmes developed by the Company from time to time, as well as marketing materials relating to any convenience store promotions at any or all of the Esso Stations (collectively, “Marketing Materials”). The Company may transfer the personal data to their agent, vendors, or such other third party for the purpose of providing Marketing Materials to the Eligible Participants save that the Company will not disclose the personal data to other third parties for marketing by such third parties without the Eligible Participants’ consent.
• c. The Eligible Participants may require the Company or any of the persons stated in Paragraph (21b) not to use the personal data for direct marketing purposes, and in such event, the said Eligible Participants will no longer be eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Eligible Participants may also choose to opt-out of receiving the Marketing Materials after the Promotion Period by calling the Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888 during its operating hours or through other modes notified to the Eligible Participants. The Eligible Participants will cease to receive the Marketing Materials within thirty (30) days after receipt of his/her request to opt out.

23. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes awarded under the Promotion.

25. 26. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion may be revised from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other marketing, promotional, advertising or other materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

27. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. The Company reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.

28. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and all Eligible Participants are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
